Services
Three services.
One continuous thread.
From the first site visit to the finishing touches on a completed space — each service is designed to work on its own or as part of a longer engagement.
← HomeOur Approach
Design that begins with looking
Every project at Pith & Co opens with careful observation — of the space itself, its proportions, its light, and how the people who live or work within it actually use it. This is not a formality. It is the foundation on which all subsequent design decisions are built. Without this first step, design is guesswork.
Observe
Visit the space. Understand its character before proposing change.
Design
Develop a considered composition — plans, materials, lighting, and visualization.
Realize
Accompany the transformation — contractor oversight, procurement, finishing.
